Abstract
In this work the author wants to show some theoretical aspects concerning the importance
of the consumer behavior of the population upon the microeconomic environment. There
are explained some theories that concern the consumer behavior such as the classic theory
and the new approach of the neoclassic. The main difference between the two theories is
“the price of time” and the utility perspectives.
