Abstract

Managerial negociation represents the process in which the managers resolve divergences among individuals and groups in contact carrying out the tasks of work within the organization, by creating a mutually beneficial agreement. The involvement of senior staff may be direct, as part of the negotiation, or indirect, when they decide and organize the meeting.
